The move itself
The client should know which move date, pickup address, and destination the invoice covers without checking earlier messages.
Use this template when the client needs to see what part of the move they are paying for now: crew labor, packing, truck time, stairs, supplies, storage, or unloading. If the invoice needs to feel tied to an actual move instead of a generic service visit, this is the stronger option.
The client should know which move date, pickup address, and destination the invoice covers without checking earlier messages.
Separate crew labor, truck time, materials, stairs, long-carry, or storage charges when those changed the total.
Put the amount due now and payment timing close to the totals block so the client can approve or pay immediately.
Open the sample, replace the addresses and move-day lines, then finish the real invoice inside the generator instead of rebuilding the structure from scratch.
